Payment Policy

All pricing displayed on the website are excluding VAT, in South African Rand and are subject change without any warnings or notifications. Please note that all prices displayed, unless otherwise mentioned, exclude the cost of delivery. FDM3D takes utmost care to ensure that the displayed prices are correct. Where pricing on the website differs from the actual pricing, the applicable price will be the lesser of the two prices, unless the lesser price is made in error and we have taken reasonable steps to rectify the error and or where it is a website specific promotions for online purchases only or in branch specific promotion for branch purchase only. Hence such promotional pricing will not be honored. If a mistake is made or incorrect price is displayed we will correct these as soon as we are made aware of the incorrect displayed price.

Validity Of Orders

All orders placed will be deemed binding and will remain valid provided that payment is received within 14 days, should you require special arrangements for your order please contact us at info@fdm3d.co.za

Credit

Absolutely no credit can or will be issued by FDM3D to any customer under any circumstances, only once a customer’s account has been paid in full will products be released for delivery/collection.

Agreement of Sale

A sales order will only be deemed as completed once you have completed the purchase cycle and an approved payment/order confirmation is received. We will confirm your purchase order with you via your specified email. By you placing a product into your shopping cart or adding a product to a wish-list does not constitute a sale nor is such products, its price nor its quantities reserved. In the event that you complete the purchase cycle for such products at a later stage FDM3D cannot be liable to honor any Price changes or if such products are not available.

Payment Methods

FDM3D accepts the following types of payments

Yoco:

• - Detailed description of goods and/or services
  FDM3D is a business in the eCommerce industry that specializes in the supply 3D Printer, CNC & Laser parts and accessories.
• - Delivery policy
  Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 business day(s) and delivery confirmed by way email as per customer's preferences, delivery is effected through our Courier partners.

• - Return and Refunds policy
  The provision of goods and services by FDM3D is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, FDM3D will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

• - Customer Privacy policy
  FDM3D shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). • - Card acquiring and security
  Card transactions will be acquired for FDM3D  via Yoco who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Yoco uses the strictest form of encryption, and no Card details are stored on the website. 
• - Customer details separate from card details
  Customer details will be stored by FDM3D separately from card details which are entered by the client on Yoco secure site. For more detail on Yoco refer to www.yoco.co.za
• - Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
• The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
• - Responsibility
  FDM3D takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
• - Country of domicile
  This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and FDM3D chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
• - Variation
  FDM3D may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Fraud

FDM3D reserves the right, for purposes of preventing suspected fraud, to refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any sale concluded between you and FDM3D, in whole or in part, on notice to you. FDM3D shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by you (see FDM3D Refund Policy in this regard), and accepts no other liability which may arise as a result of such refusal to process any order/sale.

Currency and Transaction Security

All transactions are conducted in South African RAND (R) (ZAR) through mechanisms not included or linked to FDM3D. By submitting a sales order through any of the FDM3D website services, you warrant that you are acting within the bounds of the law and that you have the legal capacity to transact, or have the mandate to transact to do so. This includes that you have obtained the express permission (indemnity) of the person and or Business whose information you are submitting / using through any of our services and that you are not in breach of the Consumer Protection Act or National Credit Act, and / or any other applicable legislation in any way. You indemnify FDM3D, its Members and employees from any claim and / or liability from any third party arising out of your instructions and/or use of the service(s).
